Salary survey: things looking up

'Prospects for those entering the profession remain positive, despite the challenging economic climate in many countries. The ACCA/IMA Global Economic Conditions Survey shows that redundancies have been lower and hiring activity higher for finance roles than for other disciplines. Our research among students and affiliates captured here indicates that studying towards the ACCA Qualification helps individuals to find new roles, a reassuring finding in uncertain times.' Neil Stevenson, Executive Director - Brand, ACCA
